Access Titan Email using the Titan Desktop App

This guide explains how to download, install, and sign in to the Titan Desktop App on Windows and macOS devices. Once set up, you can access and manage your Titan mailbox directly from your computer without using a web browser.

Before you begin

Before installing the Titan Desktop App, ensure you have completed the following first:

Your Titan email account has already been created and activated
Your domain's DNS settings have been configured correctly
You can successfully access your mailbox through Titan Webmail: https://crazydomains.titan.email/login/

If your email account is not yet set up, refer to the Getting started with Titan email guide before proceeding.

Install and log in to the Titan Desktop App

Select your device's operating system below and follow the corresponding steps to install and access the Titan Desktop App.

Download the Titan Desktop App for macOS.
After downloading the installer, open the file and move the Titan app to your Applications folder.
Launch the app from Applications or Launchpad.
Enter your Titan email address, then click Next.
Enter your email password, then click Login.
Enter your recovery email address, then click Confirm.

Once signed in, you'll be taken to your inbox, where you can start sending, receiving, and managing your emails.

Download the Titan Desktop App for Windows.
Install the app and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
Launch the app.
Enter your Titan email address, then click Next.
Enter your email password, then click Login.
Enter your recovery email address, then click Confirm.

Once signed in, you'll be taken to your inbox, where you can start sending, receiving, and managing your emails.

NOTE. Windows may display a security notification when installing the application. If prompted, click More info and then Run anyway (or Mark as safe) to continue with the installation.

You can now organize emails from a dedicated desktop workspace. For the best experience, keep the application updated to benefit from the latest features, performance improvements, and security enhancements.
