Reduce Titan mailbox plan

If you have more Titan mailboxes than you need, you can reduce or downgrade the number of mailboxes included in your plan before renewal. This lets you renew only the number of mailboxes you want to keep. 

Delete extra email accounts first 

Before reducing your mailbox plan, delete any email accounts you no longer need. The number of mailboxes you can reduce depends on the number of email accounts currently associated with your plan. 

1. Log in to your Crazy Domains Account. 
2. Locate your Titan product and click MANAGE. This opens your Titan product manager. 
3. Go to Manage Emails > Email Accounts. 
4. Find the email account that you want to delete and click the 3-dots at the end of the row. 
5. Click Delete Account. 
6. Click Confirm. 

Reduce Titan mailbox plan 

Once you have deleted the unnecessary email accounts, you can now proceed to reduce your current Titan mailbox count. 

1. In your Titan product manager, click on My Plan. 
2. Go to Mailboxes row and reduce the number of mailboxes to the number you want to keep or renew. 
   Note: Make sure the Usage/Total of your mailbox already corresponds to the number of email accounts you keep to reduce the number of mailboxes. Just refresh the page if it's not reflected yet, or you can log out from your account and log in again.
    
3. Click on UPDATE to save the changes. 

That's it. Your updated mailbox plan and pricing should be reflected when you renew your Titan email service. If the changes are not reflected, contact Customer Support before completing the renewal so they can check and update your plan.
