You can export data in Outlook 2013 by doing the following:
- Open Outlook.
- Click File and select Open & Export, then click Import/Export.
- Click Export to a file, then click Next.
- Select Outlook Data File (.pst), then click Next.
- Select the folder you want to export to, then click Next.
