Configure SSL Settings After Migrating to Our New Email Hosting Platform

After migrating to our latest email hosting platform, secure your emails and connection by encrypting it with SSL security.

To do so, first, we need to access your mail servers where we can do the next step – configure your Incoming and Outgoing mail to the correct mail settings.

Note: If your email is set as POP or POP3, please contact us for assistance.

Follow the steps below to access your mail servers for Macmail or AppleMail, and Outlook users:

If via MacMail or AppleMail

  1. Click on Mail.
  2. Select Preferences on the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Accounts in the pop-up window.
  4. Select your email on the left-pane of the window.
  5. Click on the Server Settings tab.

Now that we have located and accessed your Mail Servers on your mail, let’s configure it to the correct mail settings to ensure your email will work properly on all your devices.

How to Configure SSL Settings

Change your current settings and use the incoming and outgoing mail settings below:

  • Incoming Mail Server: imap.premium.crazydomains.com

Aside from these changes mentioned above, you also need to ensure that your DNS records are set correctly. You can read more about it at How to Connect Domain Name to Our Premium Email Hosting.
