If you have created a Mail Contact on Outlook or has added a Distribution List and wants to have a copy offline, follow the steps below:
|Open your Outlook application from desktop.
|Click the Send / Receive tab, then click the Send / Receive Groups button and click the Download Address Book option from the drop-down list.
|A new window will pop-up. Select the “Download changes since last Send/Receive” option.
|Once the progress window is closed, your download is complete.
