Where Is My Exchange Manager Password
The Exchange Manager username and password are sent to the registered email address connected to your Account, immediately after product activation under the subject line: “Microsoft Email Exchange is Ready”, while a copy of the email is also saved in your Account Manager. These login details are important and should be kept safe as they’re what you need to create and manage Mailboxes, modify user accounts, update Mailbox passwords, among others.
If you can’t find the Exchange Manager activation email in your Inbox, you may also check your Spam or Junk Folders. Otherwise, follow the steps below to access your Email Notifications within the Account Manager:
- Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
- Ensure that Account Manager is selected from the drop-down list.
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
- Click on the Visit My Account button.
- Hover your cursor over your Account Name at the top, then click Email Notifications from the drop-down list.
- Look up “Microsoft Email Exchange is Ready” in the Search Box above and press Enter.
- Click on the said email Subject to open the message in a pop-up box.
The email should contain your Exchange Manager login credentials. We recommend that you reset your Exchange Manager Password regularly, or whenever you detect any suspicious activity, to keep your files secure.
