42.1 Additional Terms

1. We will try our best to activate, issue, and install the SSL certificate based on the information you provide during and after placing the order (e.g., CSR, domain name, website host, etc.).
2. Once the SSL is issued by Sectigo, it is already considered provisioned (delivered) regardless of whether the SSL certificate is installed or not; or has been utilised or not.
3. There are no refunds 30 days after an SSL certificate is issued.
4. We are not liable for the delay of the activation because of the customer's failure to act or respond to our notifications.
5. Our SSL installation service is free when we will install the SSL certificate to a website we host, except for websites hosted on a dedicated server or VPS.
6. HTTPS redirection and fixing mixed content errors is already beyond our scope of support. We can only suggest or recommend a solution, but it is your responsibility to implement a resolution.
